Design from user research. Communication. Collaboration. This is my design philosophy. I am a user experience designer. A user advocate. A UI designer. Or all of the above.
I specialize in understanding what people need and designing for that need from research to design. My expertise lie in cross-platform user experiences, devices including ebook readers and TV, service design, design concepting and future thinking.
I have a masters in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Cognitive Science with an emphasis in computational modeling from UC Berkeley.
My goal is to be involved in a product that will subtly improve the lives of millions. When not exploring my interests in ubiquitous computing, game design and social networks, I can be found writing my autobiography (to be published one day), listening to the same song over and over again, or eating sandwiches inside-out.
