Design from user research. Communication. Collaboration. This is my design philosophy. I am a user experience designer. A user advocate. A UI designer. Or all of the above.
I specialize in understanding what people need and designing for that need‹from research to design. Whether it is designing the best living room entertainment experience for a busy family, developing a service that encourages nutritional awareness for students, or understanding how women seek fulfillment and mental stimulation.
I have a masters in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Cognitive Science with an emphasis in computational modeling from UC Berkeley.
My goal is to be involved in a product that will subtly improve the lives of millions. When not exploring my interests in voice user interfaces, ubiquitous computing, video game design and social networks, I can be found writing my autobiography (to be published one day), listening to the same song over and over again, or picking olives off my pizza.
